Dr Morgan Massingale
Dr Morgan Massingale is the founder and Medical Director of Élevé Performance and Wellness in Paradise Valley, AZ. She artfully combines nearly two decades of experience in both the conventional and naturopathic models of medicine. Blending a compassion for those wanting to get to the root cause of their health concerns with a knowledge of how to achieve both timely AND lasting results.
She earned her BA in Theology and MSc in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University and her Doctorate from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (since renamed Sonoran University). She then completed a highly competitive Residency at the Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine, honing her skills in musculoskeletal orthobiologic therapies.
When she is not helping patients elevate their health, she is spending time in the great outdoors with her partner, Robby, and their two boys.
Briana Varnum
Bri is our Medical Assistant with approximately 20 years of experience in healthcare and a strong passion for patient-centered care. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and listened to throughout their visit.
She strives to bring both compassion and attention to detail to her role, believing that clear communication and kindness are essential to creating a positive healthcare experience. Building trust with patients and being a consistent, caring presence is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, gaming, reading, and baking, which help her recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance. She is proud to be part of a healthcare team that values quality care and meaningful patient connections.
